Typically business cards come in these sizes:
5,5 x 8,5 cm
9 x 6 cm
but since this is a custom shape business card, any size and ( almost ) any shape is possible
Recommended Papers / Material
Usually people go with the thickest paper available, let me tell you, thickness don't matter ( we can glue 2 papers together to add thickness ), what matter are paper quality and finishing.
